At DeJump, we understand that learning computer skills is often the bridge to a new career or professional avenue. At we know that technology can appear tedious or complex for some. That is why we have developed programs to ease up the learning curve with a practical and relaxed approach.
Attending a course with DeJump ensures you will receive: • training delivered by qualified and experienced trainers • content mapped to your individual requirements and skillset • training in the format that is best suited for your needs • comprehensive notes • a certificate of attendance • one month's free email or fax support Needs Analysis Assessment One of our team of experienced computer trainers will meet you prior to the start of your course to assess your current computer skills level and to help you identify realistic goals for the course. A course outline will then be prepared with details of topics to be covered, core materials to be used, and achievement goals for the course. This involves a written test to assess general computer and experience to establish the degree of confidence in actively using computers. Course Outline You may wish to begin learning new software, or improve your computer skills to help with your work, either now or in the future. You may want to improve your computer skills to become more efficient in your current tasks. You may want to use a computer better to help you maximize your experience on the Internet. Or you may just want to learn for fun! Whatever your reasons for studying, the DeJump team has more than 16 years of experience in computer teaching and our trainers will help you achieve your goals quickly and enjoyably. Based on the results of your needs analysis and computer skills assessment, the computer trainer prepares a course outline, identifying specific aims and target areas to work on during the course. Training Options On-Site Training A great deal of our training is held at client sites, which enables the courses to be tailored using your own files and network environment. If you do not have available equipment, we'd be delighted to assist you by supplying the machines. The traveling time and inconvenience saved by us coming to you ensures that delegates are fresh and relaxed in familiar surroundings, enabling them to get the most from the day. We'll supply the goods! If this is your preference, our equipment can be setup in an ordinary meeting room. CBT Training In addition to in-class training, we also supply a substantial range of computer based training courses. CBT is an alternative education method for those individuals looking for perhaps a cheaper alternative to classroom based training, find it hard to leave the office for a few days, or simply prefer self study so students can study at their own pace, by either home-study. The CBT training come as either single cd-roms, cd-rom bundles, or a combination of cd-rom and workbooks. Exam practice papers are also available for certain topics. Course Formats DeJump is pleased to offer the following training service formats: Regular Training Monthly scheduled courses are held at our training centre, and we invite anyone to join us on those courses. This cost effective option gives you the flexibility to book one or many places as and when you need them without the cost. These courses also provide an ideal refresher for rusty skills! Corporate Training Book yourself and your colleagues a day's training tailored to suit your workgroup or project needs at competitive prices. Documentation is provided to support your training, and can also be tailored to suit the course. Small Closed Group Courses DeJump specializes in small group, instructor lead classes. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't fill our hands-on courses with 20 to 30 people. Fewer students equals more quality time with the instructor. We want to make sure we have enough time to address each student's questions in turn. We normally seat four to six students per class. We can seat a maximum of eight. Semi-Private Courses For companies who would prefer their employees to learn with employees of other companies, evening training in open groups can be arranged. One-to-One Courses Working one-on-one with a trainer, rather than attending a course with up to 25 people from their own company or other companies. This service provides participants with private, focused attention from a course content expert with years of experience as both a trainer and coach. The goal of the session is to deal with a specific issue with which the employee needs individualized assistance. This process is more intense than a traditional training experience: it is perfect for someone with a particular challenge that requires sensitive, private attention. Course Listing Take a look a tour catalog of courses and training material. Available at all levels. Courses can also be tailored to suit the needs of the client on request. |
