Confidentiality is a top priority at DeJump. Before starting the documentation, the assigned writer signs an agreement, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the document entrusted to us. This agreement is between the translator and DeJump.

The signed translation order between DeJump and the client serves as confirmation of our guarantee of confidentiality. It represents our promise that your document will only be for the eyes of translators, proofreaders and editors assigned by our company.

Under all circumstances, DeJump undertakes to observe the confidentiality of the information translated, reviewed, or merely entrusted to it, of whatsoever nature, whether personal, commercial, scientific, legal, or any other.

In other words, DeJump undertakes to observe absolutely the general rules of confidentiality and business secret, and not to divulge any information to third parties without the prior written agreement of the client whether at the time of performing the work or at any time thereafter.

Documentation specialists working on behalf of DeJump are bound by a Confidentiality Agreement and are therefore equally accept their liability in the event of revelation or disclosure of the information made available to them for the purposes of their translation services.

The responsibility of DeJump and its documentation specialists is not applicable in the case of the transfer of data over the Internet. In this respect, the Client expressly recognises that data moving through the Internet are not protected from any possible misappropriation, and that the communication of any information of a sensitive nature is at the sole risk of the user.

In consequence of the foregoing, the Client undertakes not to hold DeJump liable for any possible leakage of information or data exchanged over the Internet.
