In the case of a translation, the assigned translator signs an agreement, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the document entrusted to us.

Our translators, editors, consultants, technical and supporting personnel carrying out specific assignments sign the very same agreement.

In handling such information we are bound by the obligation of professional secrecy. According to our procedures, all DeJump employees sign a confidentiality clause, whereby they agree to treat with the utmost discretion all information concerning the Clients and the services provided to them.
At any request from our Clients we send them copies of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreements.

DATA SECURITY
DeJump network is protected by an up-to-date state-of-the-art computer security system to protect client files and data from unauthorized access.

PHYSICAL SECURITY
The DeJump building is monitored 24 hours a day by the ADT security firm, which responds within 2 minutes of an activated alarm. LIDEX employees receive special security instruction as well.

AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATES
DeJump offers three types of certficates:
1) DeJump Standard Certificate
2) DeJump Expert Certificate
3) DeJump Notarized Certificate.

COMPLETED TRANSLATIONS ARCHIVES
To further ensure the client documentation security, DeJump archives all written translations for 1 year from the project date.
