Training Objectives
The training goals and the means to reach them are defined. A training proposal is presented that contain the training format, the training tools and the proposed schedule.
Skills Assessment
To determine whether and what kind of training is needed, the training specialist assesses the current student level to decide what skills are needed. The measurement can be done through appraisal, performance review and self assessment.
Training Development
The training material is development.
Schedule & Objective Development
The final schedule and objectives are defined and finalized. The training environment is prepared.
Delivery of Training
The training is done using one of these styles: coaching, mentoring, external training, internal training or training against standards.
Exercises & Evaluations
Participants do exercises to integrate the new skills. At the end of the training session, participants are tested to see if they have met the training objectives.
Certification
Participants receive a certificate that states that they completed the training session.
