The project complexity is assessed and the most efficient strategy to complete the project is determined. A quotation is presented, a deadline is proposed and a contract is signed.

The production tools are prepared, the production specifics are developped (authoring standards, copyrights, indexing, tables and graphics, template layout and style, graphic development, copyediting) are implemented and the internal deliveries between teams are planned.

Data Organization
Interviews with SMEs are lead and data and graphical content is gathered for the production of the deliverables.

Preliminary Draft
A rough draft of the deliveries is produced. This draft is intended

Customer Review & Approval
The client reviews the preliminary draft and may changes or approves it for final delivery.

Final Draft
The quality of the deliverables is assessed. Client requirements are reviewed and changed are made, if necessary.

Final Changes
This is the step where last minutes changes are made, either in the form of corrections or minimal additions.

Delivery
The deliverables are shipped to client either by email, through our FTP site, on a CD or by courier.
