    Description
    - implement graphical layers for banners and HTML pages
    - Implement updates and new functionalities for e-commerce sites, CRM and partnerships
    - Work closely with the multidisciplinary web team
    - Work closely with design services, product development, marketing to meet company
      objectives at the growth level for traffic and revenues
    - Develop updates and new functionalities (e.g., for e-commerce, portals and
      partnerships) for virtual spaces owned by DeJump
    - Integrate multimedia elements (Flash, animations, voice and video) in the online
      applications
    - Test code to ensure compatibility for various browsers, plateforms and resolutions

    Requirements
    - Three (3) years of experience in multimedia development for the web
    - In-depth experience web site development
    - Web development experience in a marketing environment an asset
    - Expert-level experience with HTML, XHTML, Flash and Flash Action Script
    - Be very familiar of dHTML, Shockwave, RealAudio, javascript and CGI
    - Experience with Java platform
    - Experience with GUI optimization for various browsers and operating systems
    - Be very familiar with MS Word, Powerpoint, Illustrator and Photoshop
    - Be familiar with Windows and Mac platforms
    - Be familiar with PHP an asset
    - Experience with CVS an asset
    - Experience with audio/video development an asset
    - Exceptional creative skills
    - Be flexible
    - Good analytical skills
    - Good communications skills
    - Good time management skills
    - Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
