Web Development Director (ENGF050503E)

Description
- Manage the maintenance, the improvement and the development of corporate web sites
- Ensure that all sites are in operation (24x7x365)
- Manage the web development team and contractors involved iin development, technical
  design and architecture activities
- Collaborate with the other departments to meet the company objectives


Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience as web development manager for e-commerce high traffic
  sites in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of PHP, ASP and MySQL
- Experience in designing, documenting and implanting project development plans
- Experience with installation, configuration and integration of web applications
- Experience with Java and Javascript programming
- Experience with programming HTML / DHTML within file source
- Be familiar with Microsoft Project
- Excellent management and leadership skills to motivate and influence positively the
  team
- Team-oriented with recognized coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience in innovative web site development on Unix/Linux or Windows environment
