Computer Trainer - Unix/Linux (EDUL030603E)

Description
- Provide customer software training
- Develop educational aids, training manuals and on-line help
- Maintain and enhance standard implementation processes and documentation
- Act as the project manager for small to medium size application implementations
- Provide technical and after hours emergency support as required

Requirements
- 2 years plus experience as a trainer
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Formal training in adult education
- Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux products
- Proven project management skills
- Post sales account management experience
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Advanced Unix/Linux knowledge (desktop and network applications)
- Medical and IT industry experience an asset
