    Description
    - Conduct internal and external training using DeJump management tools and material
    - Develop of DeJump training programs
    - Provide training to Managers and Executives
    - Able to conduct needs assessment
    - Develop tailored training material
    - Introduce new material as well as training exercises
    - Maintain the accuracy and update the current training material if required
    - Manage trainers on various ongoing accounts
    - Able to train trainers

    Requirements
    - Proven experience (5 to 7 years) as an executive trainer
    - 3 to 5 years experience in management (including experience in the delivery of training,
      to managers, directors and executives)
    - Very strong communication skills
    - Be able to work in a team environment
    - Be able to work closely with project managers to develop and identify training needs
    - In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and Office suite
    - Able to deliver pre-developed material
    - Advanced degree in education combined to management education or proven,
      experience in a related field
