Project Manager - Legal Services (ADM020703E)

    Description
    - Provide telephone and in-person coverage to clients, sales and vendors
    - Take appropriate action or escalate the issue to the proper individual
    - Coordinate translation projects in one or several languages
    - Analyze projects to assign relevant linguists and other specialists
    - Assign same and create purchase orders
    - Supervise translation, editing, typesetting, proofreading, final QA and other steps
    - Ensure complete and proper delivery to client
    - Implement translation industry technology to optimize production and consistency
    - Recruit new translation vendors
    - Maintain tracking and cost control information

    Requirements
    - Bachelor or Masters degree in law
    - Experience in the translation industry on the agency management side

    - 2+ years additional work experience in a service environment
    - Excellent organizational ability & attention to detail
    - Superior communication skills and fluent command of English and French
    - Proven ability to work well in a team
    - Multitasking ability
    - Computer skills (Windows operating environment, word processing, spreadsheets,
      e-mail)

    Nice to have skills:
    - Applied knowledge of TRADOS or other memory translation tool
    - Typesetting/DTP program experience
    - Financial services, life sciences or legal industry experience
