Bilingual Receptionist (ADM010503)

    Description
    - Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls;
    - Greeting of visitors;
    - Collecting, sorting and distributing mail;
    - Co-ordinating courier deliveries and pick-ups;
    - Providing secretarial, clerical, data entry and general assistance to General Manager and the sales team;
    - Organizing, updating and maintaining files;
    - Manage daily customer invoicing;
    - Maintain fax, photocopy and stamp machines;
    - Perform secretarial duties: mail/mass-mailings, correspondence, email, presentations, reports, photocopies, faxes, filing, translation;
    - Invite participants to conference calls and meetings, reserve conference rooms and equipment;
    - Help organise special events;
    - Hours 9h00 to 6h00.


    Requirements
    - Grade 11;
    - Bright energetic individual;
    - Excellent telephone manners and communication skills;
    - Intermediate skills or better in Word Perfect and MS Word and Excel;
    - Good organizational skills; *Must be able perform multi-task functions
    - Three to five years of experience in a similar position within a large company;
    - Bilingualism (French-English); excellent verbal and written skills in both languages
    - Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Explorer, Windows;
    - Ability to work with confidential information;
    - Good time management skills, autonomy - Sense of initiative and resourcefulness;
    - Professionalism;
    - Flexibility in performing assigned tasks;
    - Good team player.
